What are your candles made of? 

Our Wax is a blend of 100% natural + sustainable beeswax, coconut and soy.

Our Wicks are cotton + lead-free. 

Our Scents are created using a blend of pure essential oils + paraben and phthalate-free fragrances. They are ‘CLEAN’ scent certified by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) and free from carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins and acute toxins.

Can I send as a gift?

Absolutely!! You can include a note to your recipient too. Just remember to enter their name + shipping details in the ‘Ship To’ field at check out.

Shipping 

We process orders in 1-3 days. Shipping times in Canada are between 1-5 business days, while shipping times in the USA are around 5-7 business days.  

Exchanges/Returns 

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@kitsilanocandleco.com and attach a photo of the damaged product and packing slip. We do not offer exchanges or returns at this time. 

Do wicks actually need to be trimmed?

Yes! To avoid soot, an unruly flame, and an uneven burn, trim wick to ¼” before lighting. Trimming your wick will also extend the life of your candle.
